At Squish Fiddle, we strive to provide high-quality sensory toy products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds of our sensory toy products.

Faulty Items

Refunds for faulty products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the time since purchase and the extent of use. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Email hello@squishfiddle.com.au with photos or a video detailing the issue to request a replacement or refund. Once an item has been replaced, further refunds or replacements for the same product cannot be processed.

RE SQUISHIES - Due to the flexible, squishy & stretchy nature of these products, it does mean they don’t last forever. It would be awesome if they did, but unfortunately they don't...
Depending on how they are used, they can last an hour, week or a year. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. Squishies typically have a plug/join where they were filled. This is its most vulnerable spot, so if at all possible it is best to use this palm side in so the least amount of pressure is placed in the join. This will maximise its life.
They are not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.

If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or they have been incorrectly described we offer the choice of a refund or exchange.

Please contact us with 24 hours of accepting delivery. 

We may ask for images to help investigate the damage or fault. 

Exchanges

We are pleased to accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Products should be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact, including attached tags and labels.

  • Store credit will be issued for returned items unless the item is deemed faulty.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, defective, or an incorrect product was sent.

  • Before returning an item, please notify us online. Do not dispose of the product before receiving confirmation from a Squish Fiddle representative. For faulty items, we may request photo or video evidence.

  • We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Change of Mind Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for store credit, which can be used toward another item. The product must be in its original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required.

Hygiene & Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for toothbrushes, headbands, hairbrushes, or any oral motor/chewable items, wearable items such as body socks & fabric items, and putty or slime, unless they are faulty upon arrival.
